Mine too. After decades of building with others, I’m stepping into a new season that’s more personal, more intentional and built to last.
The vision

For most of my career, my work was tied to a particular company. This chapter is different: it’s tied to me, my name, my values and the relationships I’ve built.
I want to spend the coming years doing what I’m best at and what I enjoy most: mentoring people, sharing hard-earned lessons, speaking when I’m asked, and helping people go after their own ambitions with clear eyes.
I’m still shaping exactly what this will look like, and I’d rather build it in conversation with the people it’s meant to serve than announce it before it’s ready. If you’d like to be part of those conversations, I’d welcome it.
